Make your analysis and evaluation reliable and efficient. Don’t waste your time reaching wrong conclusions
NNE Pharmaplan offers three day course, dedicated only for the statistical tools required for the Six Sigma Green Belt Training. The course will focus on presenting core statistical concepts and techniques using the JMP® software, from SAS platform.
The course will enable you to:
• Present and interpret your data correctly
• Master the use of charts
• Assess the significance of data and clarify your decision-making risks
• Explore the correlation between variables
• Design and test experiments to deliver reliable, meaningful information using just the right number of experimental runs
• Evaluate running performance of a process using control charts
No specific prior knowledge about Six Sigma or statistics will be necessary, other than an idea about what a mean and standard deviation is.
The course is laid out to provide a comprehensive stand-alone package to facilitate independent analysis of data. However, if desired it can be combined with a following Six Sigma Black Belt course also offered by NNE Pharmaplan in the autumn, to provide a fast track, but fully certified black belt training. The project management part of the six sigma methodology will be reduced to a minimum.
Also optional, a two day training course in the Six Sigma project management methodology will be offered, which combined with an independent project can grant a six sigma green belt certificate.
