NNE Pharmaplan China is looking for experienced DeltaV automation engineers for its Automation department.

NNE Pharmaplan’s Automation area in China is looking for experienced DeltaV automation engineers. The department is engaged in automation solutions for production for the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries, with focus on production control and computer solutions.

Your principal workplace will be in the Tianjin office. You will work with projects globally.

NNE Pharmaplan is one of the world’s largest automation providers with some 300 highly skilled automation engineers worldwide. The position will have reference to the Danish automation organisation.

Your job:

Your primary tasks will be to develop and maintain automation solutions inside the DCS system DeltaV from Emerson. You will specify, document, develop, validate and maintain DeltaV systems. The solutions are typically applied to process areas such as: Fermentation, Recovery, Purification, Granulation, Preparation, Filling, Inspection, Casting, Installation, Packaging, Autoclaves, Freeze Drying and various utility plants including CIP/SIP and WFI. You will be handling tasks pertaining to specifications, design, implementation, test and validation in accordance with current regulatory requirements.

You will be working in an active and exciting department with approx 15 employed engineers. We work for a number of international clients both in China and with Off-shoring for the other NNE Pharmaplan  subsidiaries at the moment most Denmark and USA.

Assignments will take place both in China and internationally and you must expect work-related travelling. In addition, there may be opportunities of expatriation.

Your qualifications

• Engineering or similar degree.
• You have experience of automation projects or production environments, possibly in the pharmaceutical industry. Using DeltaV for control.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in connection with pharmaceutical production is preferable.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• You have drive and are action-oriented and determined, and you thrive in an environment which is hectic at times.
• You are service-minded and keep focus - also in tense situations.
• You are able to work independently and in a structured manner.
• You can train, coach and build up a group of DeltaV programmers in NNE Pharmaplan China.
• You like to travel.
