At NNE Pharmaplan headquarters in Denmark, we have developed a two-year graduate programme designed to provide graduates with comprehensive on-the-job training and experience in a variety of positions.
Our graduate programme in Denmark provides:
- Targeted classroom instruction
- Pharmaceutical and biotech client tours
- Teambuilding with other graduates
- Job rotations through several disciplines
- An assigned technical coach
- Opportunities to work on project sites throughout Denmark
- Participation in a global graduate exchange programme
Successful graduates may receive an offer of permanent employment at the end of this programme.

United States of America
In the US, new graduates go through a standard job application process and are offered permanent employment from the beginning.
Graduate programme participants in the US are offered:
- Enhanced training
- An assigned mentor/coach
- Exposure to a variety of projects and disciplines
- Opportunities to work on project sites throughout North America
- Participation in a global graduate exchange programme
Timeline – US offices begin recruiting new graduates in February for a June (after graduation) start date.
