At NNE Pharmaplan headquarters in Denmark, we have developed a two-year graduate programme designed to provide graduates with comprehensive on-the-job training and experience in a variety of positions.

Our graduate programme in Denmark provides:

• Targeted classroom instruction
• Pharmaceutical and biotech client tours
• Teambuilding with other graduates
• Job rotations through several disciplines
• An assigned technical coach
• Opportunities to work on project sites throughout Denmark
• Participation in a global graduate exchange programme

Successful graduates may receive an offer of permanent employment at the end of this programme.

Regrettably we can not offer graduate programme in 2009.

United States of America
In the US, new graduates go through a standard job application process and are offered permanent employment from the beginning.

Graduate programme participants in the US are offered:

• Enhanced training
• An assigned mentor/coach
• Exposure to a variety of projects and disciplines
• Opportunities to work on project sites throughout North America
• Participation in a global graduate exchange programme

Timeline – US offices begin recruiting new graduates in February for a June (after graduation) start date.
