The first interview
The interview is usually conducted by Human Resources and/or the hiring manager. Here are a few helpful tips:
- Dress in business casual or business attire depending on the position.
- Bring your resume, references and salary history to the interview.
- Familiarise yourself with NNE Pharmaplan. Browse our website for general information on the services we offer.
- Read the job advertisement carefully and plan questions to ask during the interview.
- Be prepared to answer the following questions:
- How does you experience meet the job requirements?
- What are your career goals?
- Are you willing to travel? Where and for how long?
- What attracts you to NNE Pharmaplan?
- Let the interviewer(s) know if you are interested in the job before you leave.
- Send a thank you card or email.

The second interview
The interview may consist of a personality test, a panel interview with potential colleagues, or an interview with a senior manager or VP.
The best advice is to be yourself and ask plenty of questions. This way, you and the interviewer(s) can openly and honestly decide if you are a good fit for the position and our company.
